I’m 14, 110 lbs, and 5′3″, and I want to lose a little bit of weight. I’m not saying I’m fat or anything, but I do have a little bit more of it than I would like. In two weeks, I have a pool party to go to, and I want to feel 100% comforatable in a bikini, which i’m not totally now. What are the best, fastest methods of weight loss that you know?And please don’t tell me that i don’t need to lose weight because I have a slight amount of excess fat on me (especially on my stomach), and I’m not asking whether I should or not.
